No, unfortunately we cannot provide weekend delivery, however we do offer Saturday pick up between 8am - 11am from our kitchen at 108 Norman St, Woolloongabba, QLD, 4102
We deliver to a wide range of postcodes across Brisbane. You can see if we deliver to your area by using our "Check your postcode" tab in the bottom-right corner of our homepage.
Outside of our delivery range? We offer order pick up Monday to Friday during regular office hours & Saturdays between 8am - 11am from our kitchen at 108 Norman St, Woolloongabba, QLD, 4102
When ordering, you'll be able to select your ideal delivery time - From this selected time, based on your order's inclusions, your delivery will arrive up to:
Warm Items - 15 minutes prior
Cold Items - 60 minutes prior
In general, all orders must be received by 2:00pm the day before for next day delivery.
For Monday deliveries, orders must be received before 2:00pm on the Friday prior.
However, some menu items require additional notice for ordering, you can find these timing requirements specified in the description of those items on our website.
Absolutely! You'll notice that we already have an extensive range of dietary friendly options for restrictions such as Gluten Free (GF), Dairy Free (DF), Vegetarian (V) & Vegan (VG) throughout all of our menu categories.
We take dietary restrictions very seriously, so you can be assured that any special dietary items will always be packaged separately from other allergens.
If you have more specific restrictions, simply specify your needs in the order notes & we'll do the rest! For more information, see our allergens and dietaries document.
Each item comes with it's own minimum order quantity (MOQ), visible in that item's description - these quantities must be met for each item you would like to order. Depending on the item, MOQ's are based on per unit / serve / platter - these can also be found in the item's description.
For items based on per unit / serve, you may order a custom amount that suits your needs, as long as it meets that item's MOQ (i.e. The MOQ for our shared salad bowls is 10 serves, however you are able to order 14 serves).
For items based on per platter, we recommend how many serves the platter will accomodate (i.e. Our Grazing Platter serves 10 - 15 people). If you were looking to cater for 17 people, we would recommend order 2 x of that platter.
All orders require online payment via credit card (excluding credit account holders*)
We accept the following payment methods (surcharges apply)

Yes, you are able to make changes to your order up until 1:00pm the day before your delivery. For Monday deliveries, changes must be made before 1:00pm on the Friday prior.
PLEASE NOTE: Online changes are only available for orders connected with active Express Catering accounts, if you need to make changes to an order completed as a guest, please contact us via catering@winendinem.com or call (07) 3844 7810
*Excludes specific menu items, such as Canapé Shop, require additional notice which you can find these timing requirements specified in the description of those items on our website.
Cancellations are permitted, but do incur the following fees & conditions (based on notice given before original delivery date):
- More than 2 Business Days - 75% refund of total order
- Less than 48 Hours - 50% refund of total order
- Less than 24 Hours - No refund will be received
Canape Shop & Entertaining Heating FAQ's
The Canapé Shop is headed up by experienced catering company, Wine & Dine’m. We are supported by a strong team of dedicated chefs at the top of their game who work tirelessly to produce our delicious canapés. The Canapé Shop is based in locally in Woolloongabba, Brisbane
All our canapés are pre-prepared & delivered cold. Hot canapés are designed to be heated by you
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius - (Please check oven power as cooking times may vary)
- Take out of box & assemble on oven tray
- Place in oven for 8-10 minutes - (Or until hot in centre)
- Take out of oven & serve back in our box or on your favourite party platters
- Enjoy!
In general, we recommend approximately 4 - 6 canapés per person for the first hour of your event & 2 more per person for every hour after - However, we understand that every event is different & your choice of catering is dependant on many factors such as style, occasion, demographic & duration.

All our canapés are delivered in recyclable cardboard transport platters. This packaging is not designed to serve your canapés, where we suggest instead opting to use your own crockery or party platters.
