How does Express Catering Work?

Express Catering – short-lead catering arm of Wine & Dine’m – specialise in high quality catering for social and corporate occasions across Brisbane.  With a wide range of sweet and savoury bites, breakfast and lunch options, special dietaries and beverages on offer, its menu caters to all tastes and occasions.  All orders are placed online and delivered ready to serve in disposable boxes, saving the hassle of cleaning up.

Do you deliver on the weekend?

Yes, the Express Catering service is available Monday to Saturday 7.30am – 5.00pm

Which areas do you deliver?

Express Catering delivers to selected areas across Brisbane. More information is available here

When will my order arrive?

If your order contains warm food it will arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the stated delivery time, and cold food up to 60 minutes prior.

If I want to place an order for tomorrow, when is the last opportunity for me to do this?

All orders must be received by 2:00pm for next day delivery. For Monday deliveries, orders must be received before 2:00pm on the Friday prior.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes we do! Please see our allergens and dietaries document for more details. We have a number of gluten free (gf), dairy free (df), vegetarian (v) and vegan (vg) options available. Just add the number of special items to your cart and these will be packaged separately.
When you order the assorted sandwich range, approximately 10% will be vegetarian. If you require more (or less), simply specify in the “order notes”.

What if I want to order less than the minimum quantity?

Unfortunately, you must order the minimum quantities stated for each food item.

What is the payment process?

All orders require online payment via credit card (excluding credit account holders). To register to be an account holder, please email info@expresscatering.com.au

What if I need to cancel my express catering order?

To cancel an Express Catering order, 24 hours’ notice is required. You are able to log in and make the cancellation yourself if you are outside the 24 window.

Full payment will be charged on all Express Catering orders cancelled on the day of delivery.

Cancellations outside this period may incur a 25% fee from the total cost of your Express Catering order.

Due to circumstances such as a government imposed lockdown if you are inside the 24 hour period of delivery, if you choose to ++cancel your order,++ we will only pass on our costs incurred.

What if I need to change my order?

You are able to log in to your account and make adjustments to your order anytime before 2:00pm the day before your delivery

What is the Canape Shop?

The Canape Shop is headed up by experienced catering company, Wine & Dine’m. We are supported by a strong team of dedicated chefs at the top of their game who work tirelessly to produce our delicious canapes. The Canape Shop is based in locally in Woolloongabba, Brisbane.

Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order.  You can order one box or six, it is entirely up to you. Delivery is an additional service charge

How many canapes do you recommend per head?

We understand every event is different and your choice of catering is dependent on the style, demographic and duration. If you require further suggestions, please contact us 07 3844 7810 or email. We recommend around 4-6 canapes per person for the first hour of your event and 2 more per person for every hour after.

Do you accommodate dietary requests and requirements?

We have vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free options available. If you have any specific allergies, please let us know via the notes section when placing your order so we can accommodate where possible.

When is the latest I can place an order for the The Canape Shop?

We need 2 business days to complete all orders. Please contact us directly for last minute orders and we will see if we are able to accommodate

Is there a specific cancellation policy for the Canape Shop?

To cancel an order with The Canape Shop, 2 business days notice is required and full payment will be charged on all orders cancelled after 2 business days.

When can I expect my delivery from The Canape Shop

The Canape Shop is available Monday to Saturday 7.30am – 5.00pm. We are closed on Sunday and public holidays.

How will my canapes be delivered?

All canapes are delivered in recyclable cardboard transport platters. They are not designed to serve your canapes – we can provide serving platters and equipment. Please visit our packing and equipment page for more information. All our canapes are pre-prepared and delivered cold. Hot canapes are designed to be heated by you and come with basic heating instructions. Please check oven power as cooking times may vary.

Do I need to heat the warm canapes myself?
