ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once an order has been placed an email notification is sent to Express Catering. A team member will then accept your order notifying you via email . At this stage you will be notified if any further delivery charges apply. Only once you have this notification is your order confirmed.

HOW CAN I REVIEW MY ORDER?

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming details of your order. Alternatively, you can login into your account to see the order history.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE

If your order contains warm food it will arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the stated delivery time, and cold food up to 60 minutes prior.

DIETARY AND ALLERGENS

Please see our allergens and dietaries document for more details. We have a number of gluten free (gf), dairy free (df), vegetarian (v) and vegan (vg) options available. Just add the number of special items to your cart and these will be packaged separately. When you order the assorted sandwich range, approximately 10% will be vegetarian. If you require more (or less), simply specify in the “order notes”.

PRICE VARIATIONS

Price Variations: Every endeavour will be made to maintain prices as stated; however, these are subject to change due to seasonal availability of products. Prices quoted exclude GST. GST is calculated on applicable items when you reach the checkout page

CANCELLATIONS

Catering orders require 100% pre-payment/security with credit card. Express Catering reserves the right to put companies or individuals on credit hold for outstanding invoices. Corporate accounts available.

Should catering be cancelled, the following conditions apply:

Cancellations made within 24 hours (1 Business Day) of delivery will not be refunded.

Cancellations within 48 hours (2 Business Days) 50% fee from the total cost of your Express Catering order.

Cancellations made outside of outside of the above (2 Business Days or More) a 25% fee from the total cost of your Express Catering order is payable

MENU SELECTIONS

All food and beverage menus and selections are subject to change due to seasonality and availability of produce. If a substitution needs to be made an Express Catering representative will provide options and get client approval prior to making a change.

TEA & COFFEE EQUIPMENT ORDERS

To ensure quality and freshness our tea and coffee station service is designed to be available for a maximum of 2.5 hours from the time of delivery. This duration is intended to cater to most events, however, if your event is expected to exceed this timeframe, please contact our team at catering@winendinem.com OR (07) 3844 7810 and we can arrange this for you, additional charges may apply.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF EXPRESS CATERING

If Express Catering is unable to provide the facilities or any other arrangements for your delivery or event or any part thereof, or to otherwise perform the terms of this agreement and Express Catering failure is due to circumstances beyond its decision or control, Express Catering is not responsible for any costs, damages or expenses that you may suffer or incur.

TERMINATION

Express Catering reserves the right to cancel a delivery if;

· The client/hirer becomes insolvent, bankrupt or enters into liquidation or receivership.

· The event might prejudice the reputation of Express Catering

· Payment is not received or secured

· The client/hirer does not comply with any of the terms and conditions set by Express Catering

CONSENT, GOVERNMENT TAXES, CHARGES OR LEVIES

Rates / Prices are subject to change without notice due to the imposition of Government taxes, charges or levies.

ACCOUNTS

Corporate accounts are available on application for repeat clients; please speak to our Catering Manager.

MINIMUM ORDERS & DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs and minimum orders are based on postcodes and days of the week . Check your post code on the website for delivery costs, minimums are calculated at check out

Each catering order must meet a minimum spend requirement to be eligible for delivery. The minimum spend may vary depending on your location and delivery time.

MULTIPLE DELIVERIES

For orders that require more than one location or at different times (due to storage or refrigeration) , ++a minimum spend is applicable to each order++. This means that each separate delivery time must meet its own minimum spend requirement. We recommend speaking with our team first for options OR placing each order separately to ensure fees and multiple deliveries are calculated and secured correctly.

In addition to the minimum spend requirements, a delivery charge will be applied for each separate delivery. The delivery charge may vary based on your location and the delivery time slot.

To simplify the process and minimise additional charges, we recommend consolidating your catering order to a single delivery time and location wherever possible.
