Our response to ongoing global disruptions
To our valued clients,
We wanted to touch base and keep you informed of some broader market conditions that may impact our operations over the coming weeks. As you may have seen, ongoing global disruptions are continuing to place pressure on supply chains and fuel pricing. We are now starting to see this flow through to food supply and transport costs locally. At this stage, nothing changes.
We are currently absorbing these increases where possible to avoid passing them on to our clients in the short term. However, we are undertaking a full review in the coming days to ensure we can continue to deliver the quality and consistency you expect from us. As part of this, there may be a small adjustment to delivery fees to help offset a portion of these rising costs. Our intention is to keep any changes minimal and fair, while maintaining service standards.
We wanted to give you early visibility so you can plan if needed and as always, we will communicate any confirmed changes clearly and in advance. We truly value your ongoing support and partnership and remain committed to delivering a seamless experience for your events and catering.
