  • Traffic conditions;
  • weather conditions; and

To maintain food quality:

Orders that do not meet the applicable minimum spend may incur an additional fee or may not be accepted for delivery.

Each delivery location and delivery time is treated as a separate catering order.

Where an order is requested to be delivered:

  • To multiple locations;
  • At multiple delivery times; or
  • Over multiple stages,

Each delivery must independently satisfy the applicable minimum order value and delivery charge.

Additional delivery fees apply to each separate delivery.

Where practical, Express Catering recommends consolidating deliveries into a single location and delivery time to minimise delivery costs.

Clients requiring multiple deliveries are encouraged to discuss their requirements with the Express Catering team prior to placing their order to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective solution is achieved.

12. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & MENU SUBSTITUTIONS

Express Catering prides itself on sourcing fresh, seasonal ingredients from trusted suppliers.

Where contact cannot reasonably be made within the available production timeframe, Express Catering reserves the right to substitute products with items of equal or greater quality and value.

Any substitution will be selected to maintain the overall style, presentation and quality of the original order wherever reasonably possible.

Express Catering reserves the right to amend menus from time to time without prior notice to reflect seasonal produce and ongoing menu development.
