How to Order
Ordering with Express Catering is quick and easy
Step 1: Select Your Catering
Browse our catering categories and select the items you would like to order.
Enter the required quantities and add your selections to your cart. Continue adding items until your order is complete, then proceed to checkout.
Please note: Some menu items require additional notice. Any specific ordering timeframe will be displayed on the individual product and takes precedence over our standard next day ordering cut-off of 1pm.
Step 2: Select Your Delivery Details
Sign in to your existing account or create a new account.
Select your required delivery date and time and enter your delivery details, including any relevant reception, loading dock, parking, security or building access instructions.
Delivery availability, minimum order values and delivery charges are determined by your delivery location.
Dietary Requirements
Please advise all dietary requirements at the time of ordering using the dietary options and/or notes provided against the relevant menu item.
Additional charges may apply for specialised dietary meals.
Step 3: Review & Confirm
Before submitting your order, please check:
- Menu items and quantities
- Delivery date and time
- Delivery address and access information
- Dietary requirements
- Contact details
Once you're happy with your order, continue through checkout and submit your order.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted.
Ordering & Changes
Our standard cut-off for new orders and changes to existing orders is 1:00 pm on the business day prior to delivery.
For Monday deliveries, the standard cut-off is 1:00 pm on the preceding Friday, (excluding public holidays).
Some menu items require additional preparation or production time and therefore have earlier ordering and change cut-offs. These will be displayed on the individual menu item and take precedence over our standard cut-off.
All orders and changes remain subject to product availability, delivery availability and production capacity.
Requests received after the applicable cut-off cannot be guaranteed.
Need a Formal Quote?
If you require a formal quote before placing your order, simply add all required catering items and quantities to your cart.
Once your cart is complete, take a screenshot of your cart and contact our team. We can then prepare a formal quote for you based on your selections, including applicable delivery charges and GST.
Please note that preparation of a quote does not reserve products, production capacity or delivery availability. Your order is only confirmed once it has been formally accepted by Express Catering.
Payment
Credit card payment continues to be available through our online checkout.
For regular business customers, direct bank transfer is our preferred payment method, and we encourage you to apply for a Corporate Account.
Once approved, Corporate Account customers can place orders in accordance with their approved payment terms and pay invoices via direct bank transfer.
